Think about your goals. What do you want to get out of this virtual gym?
Right now my goals are to stay fit during pregnancy, find low- and non-impact strength exercises to keep my femur injury away, and to set my body up for a smooth delivery and postpartum.
Here are some common goals to get your brain thinking:

What is the accountability group?
In the simplest terms, the accountability group is an app that functions as a healthy habits tracker. You can track your workouts, weight, measurements, and upload progress photos. The tracking is shared in a group feed and others in the group can like or comment on your post for extra encouragement.
And since it’s my group, you also get daily motivation, meal ideas, and community straight from me! What you get out of it still comes down to YOU, but having a team to cheer and support you through it is incredibly valuable!
What does food tracking look like?
Whether your goal is to FEEL GOOD or it’s to LOSE WEIGHT, if you want to track your food and follow the flexible eating plan it will only help your progress. There is a separate app for tracking your food. It’s super simple and doesn’t require any calorie counting (ewwww). When you get started, I can help you get all set up!
